LEA office is located in Picadilly, Hamra, which is a historic central district in Beirut within a walking distance to the American University of Beirut, and to many cultural and entertainment attractions.  The facility is comprised of offices, and a large meeting room equipped with audio-visuals and whiteboard, several computers and printers.
